ZÍAMI started as the dream of two Army buddies with a passion for rum to create a distinctive Florida spirit. What began with a few scribbled notes on a cocktail napkin grew into an endeavor to elevate the profile of American rum through a local craft spirit that captures the essence of Miami from A to Z.

Est.in 2017 to produce the finest craft rum from Florida-grown sugarcane and other locally sourced ingredients.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ZÍAMI shifted its focus to manufacturing hand sanitizer for most of 2020.
In 2021, ZÍAMI re-organized operations to focus on contract distillation and co-packing.
With addition of a winery license, canning line, carbonation + nitro-dosing capabilities, and in-house flavor lab, ZÍAMI is ready to support all of your spirit, wine, and ready-to-drink co-packing needs.

MR. ZÍAMI

A former U.S. Army officer and Iraq war veteran, Victor’s expertise includes finance, management, and regulatory supervision with degrees from the Kellogg School of Management, University of Hawaii, and West Point. Along the way, Victor also earned a diploma of mixology from the Main Line School of Bartending and completed a course in rum distillation at Louisville’s Moonshine University. Victor’s high standards of excellence resonate in all aspects of the ZÍAMI brand.

A former concert roadie and culinary hobbyist with a solid foundation in team leadership, Elliot pursues excellence in everything he does. As ZÍAMI’s Production Manager, Elliot manages the day-to-day operations of both the distillery and winery sides of the business while ensuring all projects are completed with the highest level of professionalism.

Former Pro Baseball Player and Economics Major from the University of Maryland, Scott’s expertise includes sales, real estate, insurance, and manufacturing, with a bartending diploma and night club management experience to boot. In his off time, Scott is a vintage car and motorcycle enthusiast and a frequent volunteer at the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center in Dania Beach, Florida. Scott brings his excitement and energy to help build your brand and ensure its succes.
